Q: What is S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting™ Mask?

A:  It is a 15-minute Spa-Peel Treatment with multi-efficient results. It is Smoothing, Moisturizing, Anti-aging, Redness-Reducing and toning to your skin hence a “S.M.A.R.T” facial treatment.

Q: How do I use S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting™ Mask?

A:  Use on clean face. You may exfoliate and massage prior to the treatment. Please refer to specific usage Instruction on the booklet. In a nutshell: Prep. Mix. Apply. Let Dry. Peel Off. You will be getting the classic treatment, modern results!

Q: When should I use S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting™ Mask?

A:   S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Mask is a salon-like facial treatment for an amazing pampering experience and clinically proven S.M.A.R.T results. You should use weekly but you may want to use more than weekly as it’s so addictive.

Q: Can I use S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting™ Mask with my regular skin treatments and regimen?

A: Absolutely. S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Mask is designed to enhance your skin vitality. It will
not interfere with your regular skin care products.

Q: Will S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting™ Mask interfere with retinol or other dermatologist prescribed solutions?

A:   S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Mask is clinically tested to be used on all skin types, including sensitive and oily skin. It is proven to be highly effective, yet gentle on the skin. As with any treatments or products, we always recommend you let your dermatologist know when you start or change a regimen.

Q: If I Already Have Scheduled Monthly Facial Treatment, do I still need to use S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting™ Mask?

A:  S.M.A.R.T Skin Perfecting Mask provides intensive moisturizing, skin brightening, redness-reducing, pore-minimizing, gentle black head sweeping, anti-aging facial treatment at home. It is a perfect in-between professional deep massage/ black-head extracting treatment. With regular use of S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Mask, you may aid in the desired results of your regular facials, making the treatments even more effective.

Q: How is S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting™ Mask Different Than Other Masks?

A:   S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Mask is clinically proven to show multi-efficient results in as little as one use. It does not pull your skin or leave your skin feel dry and uncomfortable like other masks on the market. The results are visible. The feel is wonderful.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A:   We accept all major credit cards VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover through PAYPAL and paypal direct. This is to ensure security with all transactions between you and us.

When you check out, you will be checking out through secure Paypal portal.

Q: Can I return or exchange the products?

A:   Yes, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept all returns purchases directly from www.grandcentralbeauty.com within 30 days of purchase. Please return your product or notify us within 30 days for a full return or exchange. We only refund or exchange products that have at least 50% of product.

For all returns or exchanges from our partner retailers, please contact the place of original purchase.

Q: How do I return a product?

A:   Please follow these instructions for Returns or Exchanges.

1) Contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION REFERENCE# by calling 1-888-GCB-6098 (1-888-422-6098) Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm EST or emailing "returns@grandcentralbeauty.com". Be sure to include Name, Phone, Order/Receipt#, Address.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION REFERENCE# ensures that you have received a CONFIRMATION from us and that we are aware and can track your return when you send it back.

NOTE: We cannot process any refunds or exchanges without a prior RETURN AUTHORIZATION reference #.

2) Pack all original contents, promotional items, securely and send to: PO Box Shipping charge is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a method that is traceable.

3) Allow 2-3 weeks for refund.

Q: How does your charges show up on my bill?

A:   The charge of the transaction total will show up in line-list as "GRANDCENBTY"

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A:   No. We currently only ship within the U.S. However, if you have an overseas shipping request, please contact info@grandcentralbeauty.com and we will do our best to accomodate you.
